Your work on this device
Practice notes are not a place for patient or personal information. Browser storage is not a secure clinical record or a cloud backup.
What the workspace saves
The main library uses this browser’s local storage for selected findings, marks, practice notes, the selected recording and library state. It also stores display preferences such as contrast, inversion, calipers and zoom. Saved responses are matched to recording and taxonomy identities before they are restored.
The status message tells you whether the session was saved. “Session saved on this device only” does not mean it was submitted or synced. A different device, browser profile or site address may have different stored data.
When storage is unavailable
If browser storage is unavailable or full, changes may remain only in the current tab and can be lost on reload. Clearing browser data or using a temporary/private browsing session can also remove saved work. Check the displayed storage status; do not assume a save succeeded.
Two tabs can conflict
If the saved session changes in another tab, this tab pauses saving to protect responses. The message offers a choice: reload to load that saved session, or clear the saved session to start fresh. Export useful work before resetting or reloading when possible.
Export a session
Use the session review’s JSON export to download a local file containing the session information and available result summaries. The export can include your notes and selections; handle and share it accordingly. Pending or unavailable results are not silently converted into zero scores.
The review and export cover the currently displayed library. Responses for recordings hidden by that library view are not included; an export is not necessarily a copy of every saved response.
Export is not an import or restore feature. This workspace does not provide a session-file import flow, cross-device synchronization or automatic cloud backup.
Clear saved responses
The clear-saved-session action asks for confirmation, then removes saved selections, marks and notes for this site and starts a fresh session. Cancelling leaves the session intact. If removal fails, the warning explains that old saved responses may return after reload.
This action does not delete downloaded export files, clear every browser profile or erase another device. Display preferences are stored separately. Use your browser’s site-data controls if you intend to remove all locally stored data for this site, and manage downloaded files separately.
About the standalone reports page
The standalone reports view is a separate viewing flow. Do not assume its selections are saved by the main library’s session-storage feature.
Scope of this explanation
This page describes the browser-local features implemented in this workspace. It does not promise that a host collects no request logs, define a commercial privacy policy or grant access to stored data.
